3rd-5th Graders are faced with increasingly blatant unbilbical worldviews each and every day. We seek to partner with you as parents in equipping them with God's Word, praying the Gospel remains their "sure and steadfast anchor of the soul" (Hebrews 6:19). Our desire is that they would not only believe in Jesus, but repent of their sins and lovingly follow Him into wise, biblically formed decisions. We offer a weekly meeting time during the Summer on Wednesdays from 6-8 pm including Bible lessons, games, and snacks. We also have various events throughout the school year such as Laser Tag, Movie Days at the Theater, and Jonomac Apple Orchard.
Anchored Summer and Movie Night!
What: All COMPLETED 3rd – 5th Graders are invited his Summer to learn how to sift all media through a biblical worldview, be it movies, shows, music, or social media videos. As part of this study, we will take a trip to the movie theater to see “Inside Out 2” (2024), rated PG.
When: Wednesdays from 6-8pm (June 5th, 12th, 26th; July 3rd, 24th, 31st; Aug. 7th & 21st)
Movie Night - Wednesday, June 19th from 4:00pm –8:00pm.
Where: Maywood and AMC Rockford 16 for the Movie Night. Pick-up and Drop-Off will be always be at the Faith Factory Entrance at Maywood.
Cost: Most Anchored Summer nights are FREE! For the movie night, the cost is $15 which includes an AMC KidsPack with popcorn, beverage (fountain drink, water, or ICEE), and fruit snacks.
