Maywood Summer Camp

"Go West!"

     Thank you to so many who helped make this week of camp a success through your prayers and financial support!  God was at work as there were children who made salvation decisions and several rededicated their lives to Christ. We were blessed with 64 campers and 21 counselors! Please don't stop praying for those children as they continue to grow in their faith.  We look forward to next year!

     It's time for camp! Our theme this year is "Go West" because we really want to emphasize the mandate by Jesus to "go and make disciples."  Before He rose up to heaven, He told his disciples in Acts 1:8 that they would be His witnesses in "Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."  Our goal this year is to challenge and stir up your heart to have a deep desire to see those around you know Jesus as Lord and Savior and for you to become more like Him.

Ages:  Maywood Summer Camp is for youth departing 3rd grade through those departing 8th grade.

Cost: The cost is $225 for your first child and $175 for each additional child in your family.  Sign up, payment information, and registration forms can all be picked up in our church office.  We are committed to no child being left behind due to financial hardships--please talk to us.

Time:  Children must be at the church Monday morning at 8am to ride the bus.  The bus will return on Friday at approximately 3pm.  The church office will be notified if the return time is adjusted.

*If you desire to send a letter to your child during the week at camp please send it very early in the week to ensure delivery.  The children enjoy receiving these fun letters at the evening meal.  Please put "Attention Maywood" after your child's name.
